A patty Edmonton was missing — built by a family that wouldn't settle.
Island Crust & Spice began in 2023 with a search for something simple: a real Jamaican patty in Edmonton. When we couldn't find one that felt like home, we spent six years making our own. Today our patties, plates and food truck carry that island spirit across the city — and soon, across Canada.
