Island Crust & Spice was founded in 2023 by a family with one mission: bring real Jamaican patty flavor to a city that needed it.
What started as a search for authentic taste became a 6-year journey of testing, refining, seasoning, baking, and perfecting a secret family recipe. We weren't building a business yet — we were trying to recreate home in Edmonton.
Today, Island Crust & Spice serves handcrafted Jamaican patties, Caribbean plates, drinks, desserts, and food truck favorites made with island spirit and family pride.
